14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original order number and a valid proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@footballposters.eu within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the defect to expedite the return process.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the defect.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is faulty or damaged.
